The Office of Student Support and Community Services (OSSCS) is comprised of the following departments and programs:

Family Store
The Family Store assists qualifying families in obtaining school uniforms, supplies, personal hygiene items, coats, hats and gloves.

Records
The Office of Student Records provides student records and transcripts for all graduates of the Kansas City Public Schools. The fee for an official transcript is $5. The office is located in the Anderson Building at 1601 Forest, Suite 104, KCMO 64108. Call (816) 418-8933 or fax (816) 418-8639.

Discipline
The Student Discipline Office is charged with affording due process to students who have allegedly violated the Code of Student Conduct and/or the Missouri Safe Schools Act. As the superintendent's designee for discipline related matters, the Student Discipline Officer conducts a variety of conferences including: parent, placement, reinstatement, safe schools act, and disciplinary conferences. Such conferences are conducted in order to determine if additional disciplinary consequences are warranted and/or to determine appropriate educational placements or services.
